Our policy administration is fully integrated with each producer's sales and underwriting teams. We ensure the smooth transition from point of sale to the issuance of a policy. Questions regarding premium remittance, licensing or policy issuance can be sent to our Policy Administration department.

Late premium
Premium is considered past due if it is not received by the end of the established policy grace period (31 days). We notify all producers of policyholders whose premiums have not been received by the 10th of the following month. The notice informs the producer, which is also deemed to be a notice to the policyholder, that the premium has not been received and termination or a voiding of the policy may take place without further notice. Any late notification correspondence from QBE is considered a courtesy and is not required by the Policy.
